What is your cancellation policy?
We have to charge a fee for short notice cancellations to compensate for lost bookings. If you need to cancel please make sure you give us a ring rather than text or email. If you cancel less than a week before the event, your deposit is not refundable. If more than a week, we will keep 30% of deposit paid.
What about copyright?
We retain a limited copyright on the footage. This does not entitle us to use your footage for any commercial purposes whatsoever, except selling it to you. We will not show, market, distribute or otherwise allow your footage to be used for anything other than your films, unless a separate agreement is made. We retain copyright due to the creative input and long hours we dedicate to every single job. We expect our clients to adhere to the same policy and always request authorisation from us in writing in advance of using our videos for a different purpose to that with which they were created in the first instance.
Delivery of raw footage
If you would like to obtain a copy of the raw footage we have established a pre-agreed rate of £350 per hour of video which includes 1x external hard drive & postage to mainland UK.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take you to edit a film?
We usually have a first cut ready to show you within 7 days after the event, sometimes sooner.
Can I see the film before it’s completely finished?
Yes. When we have a rough cut we upload it to WeTransfer and send you a link.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, and we will do our best to accommodate. Our fee allows for up to 3x revisions, after that we charge £90 per additional revision.
Do you edit video footage filmed by other people?
Yes. Please ask and we will check the footage and come back to you within 24 to 48 hours to agree on a plan of action.
When and how do I make payment?
We ask for 50% deposit to book a date and for the balance to be paid against delivery. The best way to pay is by bank transfer. Our account details will be on the invoice we send you.
Are there any extras?
Travel within London zones 1 to 3 is included in our fees. Beyond that, travel and accommodation (if required) are extras. We charge train tickets and taxis at cost.
Do you charge VAT?
No, we do not have to charge VAT.
What if my footage is lost or if you fail to show up at my event after I've paid?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, or in the event of total loss of footage, our liability is limited to a full refund of any fees paid. We will have no liability for replacement services.
